Health and Safety Guidance and Best Practice for the FE sector
Keeping up to date with Health and Safety guidance and best practice is essential to ensure providers remain effective and compliant. This webinar will cover key information and updates that affect the FE sector and will ensure delegates have an opportunity to review and evaluate the key considerations for their organisation. Any changes in guidance, advice on changes in working and operational requirements, duties and responsibilities, considerations arising from recent case law and sector accidents will also focus our attention during this webinar.
Objectives
This webinar will:
- Evaluate recent HSE guidance on working arrangements for employees as we move from home/remote working to, in some cases, a hybrid working arrangement.
- Examine any other HSE, or other regulatory bodies, updates that affect employers/employees generally and how they impact on best practice e.g., fire safety.
- Discuss best practice regarding employer health and safety evaluation for learners and monitoring their health, safety and welfare.
- Discuss updates on any relevant case law and/or accidents to determine key lessons for the sector.
