About IFMA’s In-Person Presidents Conference 2021

This November, IFMA will reunite the leaders from across the foodservice community for an in-person event in Scottsdale unlike any the industry has seen. Co-hosted by the National Restaurant Association and the International Foodservice Distributors Association, IFMA’s Presidents Conference will reconnect, reengage, and reinspire foodservice management and senior leaders in a celebration of community and unity centered around our foodservice industry.   

Focused on creating an exclusive and immersive in-person experience at the award-winning Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, Presidents Conference will provide you with opportunities to connect and network with other senior leaders within the manufacturer, operator, distributor, and allied partner communities at unique events throughout the resort. From immersive breakout sessions and outdoor celebrations – including an event to honor the 2020 and 2021 IFMA Silver Plate Classes – to a series of collaborative roundtables between operators and supply partners, you will make lasting memories and build new relationships with your colleagues, peers and customers.  

In addition, you will access exclusive executive-level content from leaders within and outside of foodservice that will address the industry’s most pertinent topics to position you and your company for success.

IFMA Manufacturer Members 

Individual Fee: $2,295  

IFMA Associate Members 

Individual Fee: $2,695  

IFDA Distributor Members 

Individual Fee: $1,895  

Spouse / Significant Other Registration 

$500 for IFMA/IFDA members | Complimentary for Qualified Operators 

Presidents Conference registration includes:  

  • Registration for one IFMA/IFDA member or Foodservice Operator executive.

  • All in-person conference education sessions, receptions, golf or one spa session, meal functions and most activities.

  • Please Note: Activity sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis. Some activities may have limited availability. 

*IFMA reviews all operator registrations for approval to ensure that they adhere to standards established by the Board of Directors. IFMA reserves the right to request additional information and may decline any non-qualified operator registrations. 

Health & Safety

As a safety precaution, we are asking all attendees to be either vaccinated against COVID-19 OR have a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of travel.

Your safety and health during Presidents Conference are our highest priority. IFMA will monitor and follow all federal and state COVID-19 guidelines and recommendations closely in the coming months and will provide additional information to ensure a safe environment for you and our staff.  

In-Person Cancellation/Transfer Policy 

All registration fees are final and nonrefundable. Can’t attend the in-person event? We can transfer your in-person registration to the Virtual Presidents Conference taking place November 16-18.

We are committed to having the in-person conference. If health and safety guidelines change and IFMA is forced to cancel the conference, you will receive a choice of a full refund or credit to attend a future IFMA event.


Can’t Attend the In-Person Conference?

Register to attend the IFMA Virtual Presidents Conference taking place online November 16-18, one week after the in-person event in Scottsdale.
