Registration rules
- Registered attendees can modify the registration record using the online system.
- The registration becomes valid and confirmed upon receipt of the payment.
- We consider the registrations not paid in due time as “pending” and therefore subject to an increase in registration fee where applicable.
- Final confirmation, including the link to the sessions, will be sent only to paid registration holders five days before the conference.
- It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to provide correct data and unique and personal email addresses.
- Signing in for the sessions will be possible only using the provided email.
- Registration rate includes access to all scientific sessions during conference official hours.
Language
The official language of the conference is English. All the presentations will be prepared and conducted in the English language only.
Privacy policy
The conference organizer will collect and store all personal data to prepare and deliver the conference. Your data may be shared with any third party only when required to organize the conference.
Rates and payment terms
Early Bird
Early Bird registration rate is valid for payments until 30th September 2021 (midnight). After this date Regular registration rate applies.
Students and parents registration
You must be a full-time student in an accredited undergradue, masters or graduate program. You will be required to send a digital version of your student ID.
Group booking 10% (Available on 1.10.2021)
We offer a special discount for group bookings of 3 - 5 registrations from same institution.
Group booking 15% (Available on 1.10.2021)
We offer a special discount for group bookings of 6 or more registrations from same institution.
