Grand Hyatt Nashville

Grand Hyatt Nashville is a downtown luxury hotel on Broadway at Nashville Yards. Within walking distance of the Gulch and Midtown, our retreat features one of the highest outdoor rooftop bars in Music City, a spa, and seven food and beverage experiences.

Rooms are available at the STI/SPFA group rate for $249.00 per night plus sales tax of 15.25% and fee of $2.50 per room. For individual reservations, call Abbi, Reservation Supervisor, at the Hyatt at 1-615-622-4036, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am CDT to 5:00 pm CDT and reference the STI/SPFA meeting, or the group rate code, G-STIS. The room cut-off date is Friday, October 8, 2021. Reservations requests for rooms within the Guest Room Block received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rate. Please note:  Name changes or other transfers of room reservations will not be accepted after the cut-off date.

Please note:  The Hyatt does not require a one night deposit, but they do require a credit card on file in case of cancellations.

All guest rooms are non-smoking, check-in is after 4:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am.
