Your Safety is Important to Colorado PRIMA

We acknowledge that everyone is in a different place with their "new normal" comfort levels and ability to participate in events. This year's conference will offer an in-person option as well as a virtual experience. The in-person event is the Rockies game on August 8th. We will follow all current state guidelines as well as complying with the policies of Coors Field that would impact personal health or safety. 

The virtual experience will be different than your standard zoom call. In the virtual event platform, you will become an avatar that others can see in the space. You can navigate through the space using your arrow keys to bump into people and start conversations. You can gather in groups as well. Once you start a conversation, you can turn on your webcam and connect with your computer audio. Sponsors will be able to share digital media and other details within their virtual booth space. Education sessions will be live and interactive as well.

Personal Wellbeing

While Colorado PRIMA is doing their due dillegence in creating a safe environment for our participants, we ask that you do the same. Here are a few things to think about before you leave home for the game. As we all have learned this past year is that things can change quickly. Don't get rid of your mask too quickly. Depending on how our environment changes, we may still be required to wear a mask in some settings even for fully vaccinated people.

  • If you have any possible signs of COVID19 prior to joining us at the baseball game, please get a COVID19 test prior.
  • With a negative test, you are welcome to join us for the game.
  • With a positive test, please go through all the recommended guidelines for quarentining and contact stephanie@orrganized.com for any status updates on your ability to join us for the game.

For the virtual event, do you best put on your DND on your phone. Put your out of office on your email and calendar. Find a comfortable space with good internet speed and where you will be able to engage throughout the day.

Registration Details

• Early bird registration is available until July 15 
  • $50 Government (includes virtual experience and 1 ticket to Aug. 8 rockies game)
  • $95 Non-Government (includes virtual experience and 1 ticket to Aug. 8 rockies game)
• If you would like to bring a +1 to the game, please make that selection in the registration process. There is an additional fee of $25 for your +1 and only allows them into the game. Please note there is limited capacity and ballgame and tickets are on a first come, first serve basis.
• Cancellations received prior to July 15 will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations received after July 15 will be forfeit the registration fee.
• Subsitutions can be made until August 1.
• Modifications to your registration can be made online or submitted to stephanie@orrganized.com.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to stephanie@orrganized.com.
