Katrina is an experienced Training Development Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organisation training industry. Katrina is skilled in Communication, Visual Learning, Youth Empowerment, Team Effectiveness and Team Leadership.

Katrina worked for seven years for Hertfordshire Constabulary as a volunteer and a Police Constable. Katrina has been exposed to a number of incidents which means her knowledge and experience of law and child protection are a key interest and strength of hers.

Katrina has had the opportunity to work with a number of organisations when investigating crimes and supporting victims.

Upon leaving the police, Katrina lectured across a range of Public Service courses, providing high quality teaching, learning and assessment and internal moderation. Katrina has completed a Foundation degree from the University of Hertfordshire focused on working with young people and many other courses relevant to working with children, young people and professionals and is a qualified trainer and assessor.
