Everything you need to know about the conference is detailed below.
Will lunch be offered at the conference?
Yes, lunch is included in your attendance fee. If you have special dietary needs please let us know when you register.
Will you accommodate special needs?
If you will need any special requirements while attending the Affordable Housing Conference (dietary, access, or otherwise), please contact us at (207) 626-4605 at least two weeks prior to the conference and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can I transfer my conference registration to someone else?
You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at anytime by calling us at (207) 626-4605. If you registered online you should be able to edit and/or transfer your registration to someone else without calling us.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my registration?
If you need to cancel your conference registration, please call (207) 626-4605 by September 13th. You will receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations made after September 13th as well as no-shows are liable for the full registration fee.
Will you be offering CEU credits?
MaineHousing will be applying for continuing education unit credits from the Maine Real Estate Commission.
Are you offering any discounts to the attendance fees?
We are offering an early bird registration fee of $110.00 through May 17th, 2019.
A limited number of scholarships are available. All requests must be vetted by the conference committee prior to approval. Requests must be made prior to September 1st, 2019. To request a scholarship please email Amanda Ouellette at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will there be onsite parking?
The Augusta Civic Center has ample parking available with seveal handicapped parking spot located in front of the building.
