Once again, PSOH has decided to hold the Annual Meeting virtually to ensure the safety of our attendees, supporters and our patients. You will receive all the same great content from the comfort of your home or office. There will even be time to meet with our vendors and hear from our oral presenters.
Continuing Medical Education Credits
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Pennsylvania Medical Society and Pennsylvania Society of Oncology and Hematology. The Pennsylvania Medical Society is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The Pennsylvania Medical Society designates this live activity for a maximum of 7.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing on or before September 10, 2021 will receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be available for cancellations received after September 10, 2021. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows. No-shows who do not pay the registration fee when they register will be billed for the meeting. ALL registrations should be paid by September 30, 2021.
