• Opening Reception
  Join us to connect with colleagues at a fun kick-off event!  Let’s recreate the in-person experience by meeting new friends, bringing your favorite cocktail/mocktail, and maybe even a fun virtual background! There will be a comedian, networking opportunities, and raffle drawing for those that stay until the end.
• Networking is a big part of our MBA CSEA experience and it is important for us to leave this conference with a contact or two!  Given that, we have organized a 30-minute networking opportunity for each day of the conference.  We encourage you to join a networking session that aligns with your interests and to make some new connections while having fun!
  • Trivia
    Join your colleagues for a fun game of trivia! Feel free to bring your favorite cocktail/mocktail to sip on while you rack your brain to win!
  • Cooking Demonstrations
    Join Julie Gilbert who is a local legend with her cooking skills.  Julie offers healthy cooking classes for small groups and she has organized a 30-minute session on healthy appetizers for our members. View the recipes and ingredient lists below:
    • Asian Almonds
    • Roasted Strawberry, Basil & Goat Cheese Crostini
  • Yoga & Breathing
    This session will include breathing, light yoga moves, and meditation.  You will learn some techniques that you can implement during your normal work day! 
  • Dancing & Stretch Break
    Sitting at your laptop all day can be exhausting!  Join us for a simple movement session to reenergize. This fun session will incorporate stretching and light dance moves that you can show off at your next event or wedding!
  • Meet your Colleagues: Virtual Networking Session

    Join this session to meet and network with your colleagues as you normally would in person!  You will be able to chat with other colleagues informally, through a platform called Wonder.me. There is no training or account creation required, just join through the link within the conference platform  Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with new colleagues and old friends before the end of the conference!

• Breakout sessions are designed for maximum engagement through breakout rooms, polls, and use of technology tools.
• The conference will once again feature attendee-led sessions for participants to gather based on functional areas, such as coaching, employer relations, employers, or operations.
