What’s included with my registration?

Your registration fee grants you access to the full virtual meetings. 

I’m getting an error message when I try to access registration.

Be sure you are using the event link provided to you in the confirmation email. If you continue to receive an error message, it may be due to being on a VPN. We recommend checking with your IT department for access. If you need additional help, please contact us at genetherapy@wfh.org.

When and how can I access the virtual meeting?

Registered attendees will receive a link via email to the virtual platform before the first live session begins. The link will be sent to the email address you used to register and is how you will access all the meeting content. You’ll use the same link each day to access the platform for the live meeting and whenever you choose to view the on-demand content.

What if I don't receive the link?

Contact genetherapy@wfh.org and a member of the registration team can assist.

Can I share this link with others?

Just like an in-person meeting, registrations cannot be shared.

What are the times and schedule for the education sessions?

9h00 to 13h00 EDT. Full schedule will be available soon.

Will live content be available after the fact via recording, or only live?

Live content will not be recorded. Slides will not be shared afer the event.
