Do I need to download or install any information to be able to attend this event?

No download is required. We will be using Zoom for the classrooms; it is recommended that you have a Zoom Account available. You can sign up for Zoom at no cost by visiting: www.zoom.us

 

Is a webcam required?

It is not required but you do have the option to video chat with brand representatives.

 

What time zone is the meeting stating?

All Classes/Main Stage/Show Hours are listed in Eastern Standard Time – NY.

 

Will there be translation?

We will not be providing translation.

 

Will it be recorded?

Education Classrooms will be recorded and made available to ticket holders 3-4 weeks post event. An email will be sent with a link to all of the classes that are recorded.

 

How do I attend a class?

Click on the link for the Education Arena which is located in the Lobby and a list of all available classes will pop up. Select your preferred classroom and enter.
