• What is a hybrid conference?

  • A hybrid conference combines preconference workshops as “in-person” with a “virtual” conference. For the pre-conference workshops you actually need to be in a location in Albuquerque to participate, while to attend the virtual presentations you can be anywhere as long as you have an internet connection.

• How do I register?

  • You can register on our conference website located here [add hyperlink]. Registration provides you with access to the conference material on March 6th, the day of the virtual conference as well as continued access to all conference recordings and digital materials for one calendar year.

• Will there be an exhibitor area?

  • Yes, there will be an virtual exhibitor area that can be browsed to engage with your favorite early education organizations and suppliers. Access to this area is included with your registration, and it includes a scavenger hunt that will enter you into a drawing for a free copy of Scott Sampson's book!

• How do I select my agenda and join the virtual sessions on March 6th?

  • If you did not get a chance to select your sessions during registration, you should have received emails with a link to modify your selections.  You will use your email address and registration number to log in and select the sessions you would like to join.  Make sure you select your sessions before the day of the conference or you will not be able join any rooms from our virtual lobby!  Make sure you watch for emails from us because we will sending all of the information you need.

• How will I get my certification credits?

  • With our new virtual system, we will be able to tell how much time you spend in sessions.  You will receive an email after the conference that contains the amount of credits or hours you have earned based on how long you spent watching.
