We are excited to bring this year's Homecoming weekend into your homes! A slate of virtual events and activities is planned for Villanovans from across the Nova Nation to connect and celebrate our great University.
Enjoy a variety of events, including a virtual NROTC gala, podcast with Villanova Football Head Coach Mark Ferrante followed by a rebroadcast of the 2009 Championship Game and Virtual 5k. End the weekend with a Virtual Mass officiated by University President the Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA. Visit the Schedule of Events for complete details.
Check out our #NovaHomecoming page for digital and print-at-home ideas to help celebrate Homecoming @ Home on social media! Share your posts on Facebook and Twitter using our hashtag and we will repost some highlights to commemorate the weekend.
Let’s get moving, Nova Nation! We’re back at it with another Run Nova Virtual 5k Presented by Bryn Mawr Hospital! Participants can run, walk or jog their favorite 3.1 mile route anytime during Homecoming Weekend, Friday, October 23 - Sunday, October 25. A portion of the entry fees support Villanova student-athletes, and participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt and printable race day bib. Register today!
To commemorate what would have been Football Game Day on Saturday, we will be celebrating virtually with some Homecoming Trivia, a podcast with Coach Ferrante (featuring 2009 national champions Matt Szczur and Ben Ijalana) and rebroadcast of the 2009 NCAA Football Championship Game. Complete details and links can be found on the Schedule of Events.
Typically celebrated during Homecoming weekend, we want to take this time to recognize our 2019 and 2020 Alumni Award winners! Click here for full details on the 2019 and 2020 recipients.
