How do I register for the event?
Registration for the Fall Workshop is just $150/person for members, and $200/person for non-members! You can register using the link in the navigation bar above, or by clicking here.
How do I troubleshoot my system?
Before you enter, we recommend test your login to be sure you are able to log in. It is advised that you use Chrome as your browser. If you do not have audio or webcam functionality, your browser extensions might have a pop-up blocker. Please open the event in Incognito mode. This can be done by clicking on the 3 dots on the top right of Chrome and selecting Incognito mode. You can also press CTRL + SHIFT + N on Windows or Press ⌘ + SHIFT + N on a Mac to open a new Incognito window.
How do I login to the virtual event?
The day before the event you will receive an email with information to log in and a link. Be sure to check your session times are correct and then once logging, you'll be asked to use your email and reference number (provided in the email). Once authenticated, you will enter the virtual lobby and see your agenda.
How can I chat with attendees?
When in a collaborative session, you'll have the opportunity to interact with other attendees or the speakers via a Chat feature in the left side of your view. You can chat to everyone, and if enabled will be able to chat with individuals. Please note that not all sessions are designed for chat, depending on the content and level of interaction.

What can I expect the day of the meeting?
You won't be able to join your session until 5 minutes before the start. However, we encourage you to please test your login at the time you receive your confirmation email the day before. Find a quiet spot with a desk, use the Chrome Browser, and enable your audio and webcam settings in advance if possible. These steps go a long way to ensuring you attend the event smoothly.
