Acknowledgement
All registrations received prior to the start of the conference will be acknowledged in writing. Onsite registrations will be processed on the day you arrive at the Conference. Registrations will be acknowledged with an automated email response and link to your tax invoice. Please contact Workz4U Conference Management with any questions conferences@w4u.co.nz. 

Alterations
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be in writing to conferences@w4u.co.nz


At the Conference
Your registration pack will be available for collection from the Workz4U Registration Desk. The registration desk will be open from:


     7.30am to 6.00pm Thursday 18 March 2021
     8.00am to 5.00pm Friday 19 March 2021
     8.00am to 5.00pm Saturday 20 March 2021


​Onsite Registration
If you have not registered prior, you can register on-site. The Registration Desk will be open from 7.30am on Thursday 18 March 2021. On-site delegates are not guaranteed meeting documentation, a conference satchel or any inclusive social function tickets.
 

 

    Payment
    All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (inclusive of GST). Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received. Credit card payment is not compulsory for online registration as you will receive a tax invoice with your registration confirmation.  

    Cheque/Money Order/Bank Draft:
    Please make payable to “Workz4U – NZPS21”.
    All payments MUST BE IN NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS.
    Credit Cards:
    AMEX, Mastercard and Visa are accepted.
    Credit Card payments will appear as Workz4U Conference Trust Limited on your statement.

    If transferring funds from overseas please ensure that you transfer the full amount including an international transaction fee of NZ$25.

      Cancellation and Refund Policy
      All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Managers.

      • If you have transfered your registration from the cancelled NZPS 2020 Conference, cancellations for NZPS 2021 made prior to Monday 15 February 2021 will be refunded by 50%.
      • If this is a new registration for NZPS 2021, cancellations made prior to Monday 15 February 2021 will be refunded, less NZ$175.00 to cover  administration costs.
      • After Monday 15 February 2021 no refunds will be made.
      • All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
      • Refunds will only be made by the same method as payment was received.
      • If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
