Arrival Time and Late Arrivals
Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check in time please book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time may mean that your room will be released.
To Secure Accommodation
To secure accommodation please book prior to the closing date of Monday 15 February 2021. You will be required to provide a credit card to guarantee the booking, however your account is to be settled directly with the hotel upon checkout. Any no-show fees will be charged to your credit card. Room Rates quoted are per room per night in $NZD and include 15% GST unless otherwise specified. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.
Change of Booking
Alterations to your accommodation booking must be advised in writing to the Conference Managers, firstname.lastname@example.org
Delegates who intend to share a room should indicate the name of the person with whom they wish to share as part of the registration process. Only ONE of the sharing delegates should submit the accommodation booking.
