Conference Day: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
 

REGISTRATION/LOG-IN QUESTIONS

Q: What is my log-in info? How do I log-in?
A: To log-in to the individual sessions, you will need to use two items:
1.) Your email address which you registered for the conference
2.) A password, which will be provided by LLS. Please see your confirmation email for this.

Q. Do I have to use a computer to access this conference, or can I call-in on toll free phone number?
A.  Attendees can access this conference via a computer, tablet or their smart phone. However, this conference is web based and will be streamed. There is no toll free phone number one can call. Attendees must utilize an internet connection to access the conference.  

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q. Can a healthcare professional receive CE credit for attending this virtual conference?
A. No CEUs are being offered with this conference.

Q: How do I access the exhibitor hall?
A: On the conference website, click on the exhibitor session icon and that will take into the exhibitor hall. Click on the vendor logo to “enter” the exhibitor booth

Q. Where can I find the agenda?
A. The full agenda can be downloaded by clicking HERE.  On the day of the conference, you can access by clicking on the “Agenda tab”.

Q. Will there be live close captioning for the sessions?
A. Yes - closed captioning will be available via the "Captions" tab within the media platform

Q. Will translation services be available for non-English speaking attendees?
A. At this time, the service isn’t being provided.

Q. I have a question for LLS, but it isn’t related to the conference.  What number should I contact?

SESSION SPECIFIC QUESTIONS

Q: How do I access the sessions?
A: On the conference website, click on the “Sessions” icon. Click on any session title and access the “View Session” button. You will be able to access 15 minutes in advance of the start time each day.  

Q: How do I know which session(s) I registered for?
A: See your LLS final confirmation email 

Q: Can I switch sessions? If so, how can I do this?
A: Yes, attendees are welcome to attend a different session. On the day of the conference, please go the session you would like to attend.                

Q: Can I “ask” the speaker a question during the session? How do I “ask” my question?
 A: Yes! There is a chat feature located within the media platform that allows participants to submit questions to our speakers.  

Q: Will I be able to view the recorded archive of these virtual conference sessions?
A: The sessions are being recorded and all registrants will have access to them. All sessions will be posted within a week after the live session takes place. The process will be similar to how you login for the live programs, but you will be able to view at your convenience. The recordings will be available for 6 months.

Q: Will the presenter’s slides be available after the conference? If so, how do I access these?
A: If the presenter agrees to share his/her presentations they will be made available on the BCC website after 5 days.
