The HTRS 2021 Scientific Symposium will be held March 11-13, 2021. The Symposium venue and official accomodation provider is the Loews Coronado Bay Resort. The discounted room block closes on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 - make your reservation before that date.

Booking Information
HTRS has negotiated discounted single/double guest room rates starting at $249 per night (plus applicable taxes). Early booking of reservations is recommended to secure your discounted rate.

Symposium attendees may make reservations until the deadline of Wednesday, February 17, 2021, based upon availability.

Guest Room Payments
Full payment for guest room, tax and incidental charges are the responsibility of individual attendees. Please present your credit card upon check-in for payment of all related room charges incurred during check-out.

Cancellation Policy
The Loews has a guest room cancellation policy of 72 hours notification, prior to your date of arrival. Guests reservations that are not cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged the fee of one night’s room and tax, charged to the credit card provided.

Early Departure Fee
Please note if a guest checks out prior to their reservation check-out date, the Hotel will add an early check-out fee to the guest account (the equivalent of 50% one night’s room and tax). To avoid early departure fees, please notify the Hotel prior to check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Late Departure
Late checkouts are available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact the Front Desk directly to discuss availability and associated fees. 

Check-In/Check-Out
Hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. All guest arrivals prior to 4:00 PM will be accommodated based upon availability. Please see the Hotel’s Bell Captain to make arrangements to check baggage for early arrivals and while attending functions on departure day.
