Enduring Materials
Jointly provided by Postgraduate Institute for Medicine (PIM) and the Hemostasis and Thrombosis Research Society (HTRS), HTRS 2021 Scientific Symposim Enduring Materials are now available for continuing medical education credits for up to 1-year post-conference. This activity is supported by independent medical educational grants to HTRS from Takeda, CSL Behring, Novo Nordisk, Inc., Grifols, Sanofi Genzyme, Spark Therapeutics, and Pfizer. Access to Enduring Materials for New Registrants
Registration is now open to access enduring materials for HTRS members and non-members who did not previously register, or attend, the live HTRS 2021 Scientific Symposium. After you register to access enduring materials, HTRS will provide you with login credentials. Enduring materials are available to new registrants until March 14, 2022.

To submit for credit, click the evaluation link below your desired course and log in to your CMEU account. If you do not have an account, please complete the brief, free, registration process through the portal. If you have questions regarding the certification of this activity, please contact PIM via email at inquiries@pimed.com or visit their website www.pimed.com.
Each individual evaluation covers all the presentations from the live HTRS 2021 session (i.e., Multidisciplinary Pre-Conference Evaluation is for Day 1 “New Therapies” AND Day 2 “Inclusive Care” presentations). You must watch all the videos in each cluster in their entirety before submitting for CME/CE credit.
