Sponsorship Opportunities

 

Due to multiple years of sold out sponsorships and foursomes, we now have TWO DAYS OF GOLF. That’s right, we doubled the number of sponsorships and foursomes available, which resulted in raising over $180,000 for breast cancer research in 2019! Golfers now play in outings on Thursday, August 20 and Friday, August 21, 2020.

During each day of our outings, we’ll have golfers hitting the greens on multiple courses at Fox Hills! Our sponsorships offer the opportunity to reach all of our golfers at one day of the outing or every golfer in both outings – it's your choice!

Platinum Sponsorship

 

$20,000 (3 Sponsors)

Our top sponsorship level, this provides maximum exposure on both days, on all courses, to all golfers!

 

SPONSORSHIP INCLUDES:

 

1 Contest Sponsorship: Choose from Hole-in-One, Longest Drive or Male/Female Closest-to-the-Pin.  This includes logo signage at the tee box and hole on all 3 courses on each day of the tournament, prizes for the contest winners and program recognition.

 

1 Merchandise Sponsorship: Choose from logo inclusion on golf shirts, golf towels or hat that all golfers will receive on both days of the tournament.

 

Logo in Tammy Z Memorial Golf program – received by all golfers.

 

Foursome in golf outing on either Thursday or Friday – your choice. If you opt to use the foursome that comes with this sponsorship, your foursome can be comprised of your choice of individuals.

 

Gold Sponsorship

 

$10,000 (3 Sponsors)

Our top sponsorship level, this provides maximum exposure on both days, on all courses, to all golfers!

 

SPONSORSHIP INCLUDES:

 

Hole Sponsorship: On all courses on both days of the tournament. This includes logo signage at the tee box and hole on all 3 courses on each day of the tournament.

 

Event Meal Sponsorship: Choose from one of the following: Continental breakfast both days, BBQ lunch both days, or Healthy Golfer gift. Each meal sponsorship includes logo signage by the meal service, and includes logo labels on the boxes.

 

Logo in Tammy Z Memorial Golf program – received by all golfers.

Get your company in front of our golfers during the 2020 Tammy Z Memorial Golf Outing! Choose from 1 course on 1 day of the tournament, all courses on a single day, or all courses on both days of the 2-day tournament.

Other Sponsorships

BEST DRESSED FOURSOME & PHOTOGRAPHER SPONSORSHIP:

Sponsor our tournament photographers as they capture the action all day on the course! The photographers will also be capturing shots of our Best Dressed Foursomes around the course; all of whom will be entered to win a grand prize.

Sponsorship includes a full color logo sign on the back of the photographer’s golf cart, inclusion in golf program, and sign/announcement at the awards dinner.

  • Best Dressed Foursome & Photographer Sponsor – 1 day of tournament: $1,000
  • Best Dressed Foursome & Photographer Sponsor – Both days of tournament: $1,800

BLOODY MARY BAR SPONSOR

Sponsor the Bloody Mary Bar that greets golfers when they arrive for check-in at the outing – always a crowd favorite! Sponsorship includes a full color logo sign at the Bloody Mary Bar.

  • Bloody Mary Bar Sponsor – 1 day of tournament: $1,000
  • Bloody Mary Bar Sponsor – Both days of tournament: $1,800

DRIVING RANGE SPONSOR

Sponsor the driving range near the clubhouse where our golfers warm up before the tournament begins! Sponsorship includes 3 prominent full color logo signs in this area.

  • Driving Range Sponsor – 1 day of tournament: $1,000
  • Driving Range Sponsor – Both days of tournament: $1,800

BEVERAGE CART SPONSOR

Sponsor the beverage carts that will be making the rounds out on the course during the Tammy Z Memorial. Sponsorship includes full color logo signs on the back of each beverage cart.

  • Beverage Cart Sponsor – 1 day of tournament: $1,500
  • Beverage Cart Sponsor – Both days of tournament: $2,700

PUTTING GREEN SPONSOR:

Sponsor the putting green near the clubhouse where our golfers practice before the tournament begins, and the putting contest that takes place there! We provide the prizes! Sponsorship includes 2 prominent full color logo signs on the green.

  • Putting Green Sponsor – 1 day of tournament: $1,250
  • Putting Green Sponsor – Both days of tournament: $2,250

VOLUNTEER SPONSOR

Volunteers MAKE IT HAPPEN at the Tammy Z Memorial Golf Outing. Sponsor the shirts that our volunteers wear over the course of the 2-day tournament! Sponsorship includes a full color logo sign in the check-in area, and your logo on the back of our volunteer shirts.

  • Volunteer Sponsor – Both Days tournament: $1,500

Golf Foursomes

 

 

$800 per Foursome

Add a golf foursome to any sponsorship package! Choose from Thursday, August 20 or Friday, August 21, 2020. Foursomes available on a first come, first served basis.

 

Thursday, August 20, 2020:  Includes continental breakfast, BBQ lunch on the turn, plus complimentary alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, and Healthy Golfer gift including golf shirt) for each golfer. 9:30am shotgun start.

 

Friday, August 21, 2020:  Includes continental breakfast, BBQ lunch on the turn, plus complimentary alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, and Healthy Golfer gift (including golf shirt) for each golfer. 9:30am shotgun start.
