Ohio Housing Conference FAQs


Q. How will I access the conference?

 

The virtual lobby for the Conference will be available on Monday, November 30. The link for the lobby has been sent to your email and is also included on daily agenda emails sent from the Ohio Housing Conference from communication@ohiohome.org.

Please add the following URLs to your safe sender list to ensure you are receiving all communications: na.eventscloud.com and occhevents@occh.org

All sessions will also be available on demand for 30 days after the conference.

 

 

Q. What if I experience technical issues?

 

If you experience any technical issues, please submit an Attendee Help Desk ticket here: https://markeys.formstack.com/forms/occh_help_desk.

 

 

Q. When will registration open?

 

Registration will open in October 2020.

 

 

Q. Who should attend?

 

Developers, property managers, investors, syndicators, architects, real estate professionals, lenders, accountants, attorneys, government officials, nonprofit organizations — anyone who is passionate about affordable housing and eager to shape the future of the industry.

 

 

Q. What does the registration fee include?

 

The registration fee includes conference sessions, receptions, networking opportunities and post-conference On Demand access.

 

 

Q. Does the conference offer group discounts?

 

No, the conference does not offer group discounts.

 

 

Q. What should I do if I haven't received a registration confirmation?

 

Please contact Occhevents@occh.org for a copy of your confirmation.

 

 

Q. Will speakers receive a discounted rate?

 

Yes, all 2020 moderators and speakers will receive one complimentary registration. All must individually register for the conference and select "Speaker" during registration.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

 

A cancellation must be received in writing by November 23, 2020, to receive a refund. No cancellations or refunds will be processed after November 23. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

Q. Will I be able to access the conference website on my mobile device?

 

Yes, the conference website is fully accessible on PCs, laptops, tablets and smart phones.

 

 

Q. Will conference attendees receive handouts for each session?

 

No, but we will make every attempt to upload presentations online before the event. You may view the materials during the conference on a laptop, tablet or smart phone, or print them before the conference if you choose.
