We are in this together.

Due to the Coronavirus our annual StarKid 5K will be virtual. We are prioritizing the health and safety of our runners, volunteers, and staff and are responding to guidance from health and governmental officials. 

But the event is still on! You will get to run your race from wherever you want, whenever you want during the week of our event.

We will start a brand new virtual community that will share and support each other and this very important cause.  We look forward to seeing your experience, photos and connecting with you online. 

What is a Virtual 5K?

Our virtual 5K is a race that you complete wherever you would like! Choose your own route in your neighborhood or favorite park and run, walk, or jog the distance to complete the virtual run.

The beauty of our virtual race is that you can run the race at your pace wherever you choose and still have the ability to connect with our national community by submitting your result to our national leader board or by making a Facebook post using our hashtag #starkidgoesvirtual.

Our Facebook group will also allow us the ability to do fabulous drawings for participants, share about our Foundation and awesome supporters, plus you can post pics of your run and its results!
