Setup/Teardown/Exhibit Times: You may set up as early as 2:00 p.m. on Monday and no later than 5:30 p.m. CT.
Teardown follows the final break on Friday morning.

Exhibit times are throughout the conference. Exhibit tables will be set up along the hallway where attendees will
enter and exit general sessions, lunch, and dinner, as well as where breakfast and break refreshments will
be located. Expect them to stop by to see you anytime as they come and go during the event. 

These open times as well:

  • Tuesday: 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. breakfast period, 9:30 - 10:00 a.m. morning break 
  • Wednesday: 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. breakfast period, 10:00 - 10:30 a.m. morning break
