Can you give me tour details?
Amway World Headquarters guided tours are available Monday - Friday at 9:00 am and 1:00 pm EST. Tour duration is 2 hours. We are located at 7575 Fulton St. East, Ada, Michigan 49355, USA.
Amway Nutrilite guided tours are by appointment only, Monday - Friday at 9:00 am and 1:00 pm PST and Saturday (by special request only). Tour duration is 2.5 hours. We are located at 5600 Beach Boulevard, Buena Park, California 90622, USA.
How do I upload my group list?
After your tour is scheduled and confirmed, log in then:
- Click My Tours and find the date and time to add guests.
- Click Add Guests and enter the first name and last name, email address or download the guest list Excel template.
- After your guest list Excel template is complete, save it to your desktop or preferred folder.
- Click Upload and select the file you created and saved.
My attendees have not responded to my invitation, how can I follow up with them?
After logging into the site, go to My Tours and find the date and time of the tour you want to follow up on. Click the guest name and click Send Reminder Email.
Are children allowed on the tour?
We pride ourselves on being a family centered opportunity. We also recognize the need to provide an appropriate environment for our ABOs to conduct their business operations. All tour guests and visitors must be over the age of 16 for the Nutrilite Experience Center and over the age of 12 for Amway World Headquarters. In order to ensure your children are kept in a safe environment, this policy also extends to the parking lot and outside areas.
Please respect the needs of all ABOs and make alternative plans for child care before your visit. Thank you!
