If you do not have your final travel plan (hotel booking details) or not ready to commit the full pre-payment requirement, please DO NOT start your registration (or DO NOT complete your registration). You can read all the hotel information and find prices HERE to plan and decide your hotel booking. Start your registration only when you are ready book a room and settle the full pre-payment.

Euro 1 (one fixed fee) will be charged for all hotel bookings.

This registration site is for Copenhagen 2021 participants who wish to reserve hotel rooms but not to attend Human Rights Forum. If you plan to participate the Human Rights Forum conference, you will be able to book the rooms via your conference registration (conference ticket and hotel room booking under the same account). Please visit Human Rights Forum website for more details.

If you wish to book more than 10 rooms and do not have all the guest names yet, please contact mb@meetingplanners.dk with your request.

Payment terms:

Please note that your hotel booking must be paid by credit card in full upon reservation.

All changes must be made via the registration site and not directly with the hotel.
