Thank you for your interest in the Spring Conference. Online registration for the Spring Conference is now closed. Onsite registration will open Thursday, May 15 at 11:00 a.m. CT at the Swissotel for Restaurant and Foodservice Operators only.
To qualify as a Restaurant Operator, individuals must work in a supply chain role AND be employed by a restaurant, a restaurant’s corporate headquarters, or a foodservice/hospitality company that actively serves food to the public.
