Support a delegate is a conference
sponsorship program with a difference. Support
a delegate is a peer-to-peer sponsorship scheme that enables prospective
WCDEM2015 delegates from developed regions to financially support their peers
from the developing world. As a part
sponsorship, delegates applying for sponsorship are expected to contribute to
their attendance by financing their own travel.
In addition, delegates providing support can request the identity of the
delegate they helped bring to WCDEM2015 and get involved in their work. Support a delegate has been operational for
nearly five years and in this time has allowed numerous delegates without the
financial means to attend high quality acute care conferences on African
soil. Support a delegate is made
possible through African Federation for Emergency Medicine.

Enter support a delegate in the message area as well as the amount you choose to give. The majority of donations we receive through GivenGain are in the region of $50 to 200 USD.
