photocopy of their 2014/2015 Student/Trainee ID from the Institution where they
are studying/working indicating proof of their Student status. File must be uploaded at the time of registration.
| Cancellation policy |
Registration cancellations received in writing at the WCDEM 2015 Secretariat's address by Friday, 20 February, 2015 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $150 USD administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after Friday, 20 February, 2015 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration.
In the unlikely event that the 19th WCDEM is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
