Conference Registration includes:

  • welcome tea and coffee, lunch and morning and afternoon tea each day
  • the conference abstracts handbook

Payment

In registering for this Conference you will be paying the Australasian Society for HIV Medicine (ASHM) ABN: 48 264 545 457, authorised registration company for this event.

Payment may be made by: 

Credit card - Visa or Mastercard only - online when submitting your registration. Charges will appear on your statement as coming from ASHM CONF.

Invoice - a not paid invoice will be generated for payment by cheque or EFT. Bank details will be on your invoice.

Cancellation of Registration

Delegates who are unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration fee may nominate a substitute by emailing the Conference Secretariat at conferenceinfo@ashm.org.au

Cancellations received on or before 29 August 2014 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $30.00.
Cancellations after 29 August 2014 are not refundable. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

Conference Fee Waiver
Delegates who have an interest in attending the Conference including full-time students and who may be experiencing financial hardship may apply to have their registration fee waived by the Organising Committee.
Please note, the Organising Committee are unable to assist with funding for transport or accommodation for attendance at the Conference. Transport and accommodation expenses will need to be met by the delegate.
