Registration fee includes sessions and meals per agenda. Fees do NOT include hotel accommodations or travel expenses.
Members:
$535 On or prior to April 24
$635 After April 24
Non-Members:
$735 On or prior to April 24

Academic: $295
Spouse/Companion: $175
The spouse/companion fee is for family members or guests who wish to attend the meal functions only (welcome reception, Thursday and Friday breakfasts and Thursday lunch). This fee is not intended for business associates or colleagues.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund minus $50 administrative fee if written notification is received by close of business May 8; no refunds issued after May 8. Refunds are not issued for no-shows.
