FOR EVERYONE

Where should I park to attend the conference?

The closest parking structure to the conference would be Osler Parking Structure. Our team will be directing people from the parking structure to the conference's building.

Directions to the main entrances of the Osler Parking Structure:

Follow this Google Maps Link to enter through Gilman Drive or this Google Maps Link to enter through Osler Ln.

OR search for Osler Parking Structure on Google.

Is there a parking fee?

Yes. UCSD charges for weekend parking. The fee is $4 for a day pass.

How should I pay for parking?

D permits are upgraded on weekends to A, B, or S. Thus, you can park in either of those parking spaces.

Follow these steps to park at the Osler Parking Structure.

  • Download the ParkMobile app to your phone. Fill out the registration and payment information.
  • Search for the zone "4762". Select "UCSD - Valid in D Lots Only" from the dropdown.
  • Then, select Maximum parking time and proceed to checkout.
  • Once your session is activated, you can park in spaces marked with A, B, S, or D.

For UCSD undergrad students ONLY:

Undergraduates are allotted 10 free weekend-only D permits per quarter. They may find these for purchase ($0) in their parking portal, which they can access using their SSO. Most students should be able to park for free with this pass, but if not, a ParkMobile D permit will be needed.
