1. What should I do if I have never participated as an exhibitor?

2. Who has the right to enter the Tyrexpo2015? 
All registered exhibitors and visitors wearing their badges.
3. Where is the Expo? 
Pedregal Events Center, is located in San Antonio de Belén, Heredia, and Republic of Costa Rica.
4. What is the cost to participate as an exhibitor at the Fair? 
The cost of participation in Tyrexpo 2015, depends on the booth size you select. Note that there booths that measure:   

I.  Prefabricated:                             
9m2 = $2,925                                   
18m2 = $5,850                                  
27m2 = $8,775    
II.  Floor space only: 
36m2 = $10,620 
54m2 = $15,930
90m2 = $26,550

5. What other types of  services does the Tyrexpo 2015 offer?
Tyrexpo 2015 provides Internet service, cleaning service, work schedule for assembly and disassembly at exbition center.

6. What are the days and times of the event? 
Wednesday 29, Thursday 30 April and Friday 01 May. 8:00 to 18:00. 
7. What companies have the right to participate as exhibitors? 
In addition to the assigned exhibit space, the exhibitor is entitled to share badges, participate in raffles free programs that can increase your chances of doing business, use the business center for business meetings as well as attend various exbitions, talks and presentations which will take the show.  Please consult the Exhibitor Manual for details.
8. What is the deadline to register as an exhibitor? 
The maximum date for register is January 31, 2015; and you should pay 100% of your booth. 
9. Does our company need exhibitor insurance? 
The exhibitor is responsible for taking out liability insurance and comprehensive insurance from the first installation date until the last day of dismantling; For Costa Rican insurance information, request information logistics@tyrexpo2015.com 
10. What are the times of assembly and disassembly? 

Assembly: 
Sunday         26  april  2015  /  6:00 a.m.  a   9:00 p.m.
Monday         27  april  2015  /  6:00 a.m.  a   9:00 p.m.
Tuesday        28  may  2015  /  6:00 a.m.  a    9:00 p.m.
Disassembly:
Friday            01 may 2015   / 7:00 p.m.  a   9:00 p.m.
Saturday        02   may  2015   /  6:00 a.m.   a   9:00 p.m
11. How high can build our our booth? 
Maximum is 4 meter in height. 
12. Is there a carrier for the show? 
Our business partner is HARBOUR International de Costa Rica.

Yes, you may bring your children to our show.

Outlets are 110 and 220 V, with standard US two prong plugs.
