Overview
The Traineeship Staff Support Programme (TSSP) has been commissioned and funded by The Education and Training Foundation to develop new resources to increase the professional capacity of the sector workforce in dealing with this important new strand of provision. With the programme now several months into its lifecycle, this webinar looks at some of the early outputs to date to consider how they could fit into the operational delivery plans of Traineeship providers.
Objectives
  • The webinar will give an early sight of some of the resources being developed by the TSSP and the ability to begin to plan for their incorporation into workforce delivery.
Who should attend?
  • ITPs, Colleges and other Traineeship providers
  • Employers currently offering or hosting Traineeships or thinking of doing so
  • Front-line Traineeship delivery workforce across the sector
