Forum Exhibitors receive: 

• Virtual exhibit booth
• Two complimentary meeting registrations
• Reduced registration fee for two additional people
• Advance access of attendee mailing list
• Platform training
• Advance access to platform to set up and maintain your virtual exhibit booth
• Ability to upload company logo, description, link to external site, marketing materials and pre-recorded videos to your virtual exhibit booth
• Ability to interact with virtual exhibit booth visitors through chat feature
• Ability to view and download real-time analytical reports on virtual exhibit booth visits and engagements
• Ability to organize daily exhibitor prize drawings 

 Important Dates:

• February 2021:
• Online conference registration opens
• March 8, 2021:
• Deadline for sponsorship and exhibitor contract and payment to UNOS
• March 2021:
• Platform training held for exhibitors
• Virtual booth set up prior to start of conference

Exhibit Booth Fee: (If NOT Sponsoring)

Exhibit Booth Fee: $2,200 (on or before March 8, 2021)
Exhibit Booth Fee: $2,400 (after March 8, 2021)

Your virtual booth or exhibitor fee includes registration for two onsite representatives. You may register two additional representatives at the reduced rate of $150 each. Your virtual booth representatives must register for the conference beginning February. The registration link can be found on the UNOS website.
