The following conditions apply: The special conference rate will be available until cut-off date of Friday, October 12 at 5:00 pm EST. Pre- and post nights can be reserved subject to hotel availability of guest rooms at time of booking. One night room and tax deposit is required at time of booking for all reservations. Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date on reservation to avoid penalty.

- Valet parking at a fee of $45 per day
- Self parking (one block away) at a fee of $35 per day
