Reservations
A special conference rate of $225 per single/double room is available for conference attendees until October 28, 2016.
To make a reservation:

- By phone: call 1-888-627-8559 and state that you are with the OLTCA Fall 2016 Event OR Ontario Long Term Care Association OR Group ID: OK22AA to reserve at the special conference rate.
The following conditions apply:
1. The special conference rate will be available until cut-off date of October 28th, 2016.
2. Pre and post nights can be reserved subject to hotel availability of guest rooms at time of booking.
3. One night room and tax deposit is required at time of booking for all reservations.
4. Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date on reservation to avoid penalty.
Parking
There are multiple downtown Toronto parking options available at the hotel and throughout the local area. The hotel offers:
- Valet parking at a fee of $45 per day
- Self parking (one block away) at a fee of $35 per day
