STRATEGIES TO CREATE WORKPLACES THAT THRIVE

On March 20, The Globe and Mail will convene HR professionals, business owners and people managers—along with workplace health experts—for a dynamic half-day of networking and learning. Three panels will provide tips and practical strategies on some of the most pressing issues facing employers today, including mental health, marijuana in the workplace, and building employee resiliency. In addition to workplace wellness experts, the audience will hear from employers who were identified by their staff as an Employee Recommended Workplace. These winners will share strategies and lessons learned, providing attendees with tactical ideas and practices they can put in place right away. The morning will conclude with a celebratory lunch and presentation of the Employee Recommended Workplace Awards (ERWA), presented by Morneau Shepell.
