Registration Fees & Deadlines
Registration fee includes meals and meetings as indicated on the agenda. Hotel accommodations and airfare are NOT included and must be booked separately.
 
Members
$535 On or prior to April 26
$635 After April 26
 
Non-Members
$735 On or prior to April 26
$835 After April 26
 
Academic: $295
 
Spouse/Companion: $195
This fee is for family members who wish to attend the meal functions only (breakfasts, lunch and welcome reception). This fee in not intended for business associates or colleagues. 
 

 
Registration Cancellation 
All registration cancellations must be emailed in writing. Cancellation received by May 19 are refunded less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds are made for cancellations received after May 19. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same organization are accepted.
 
Meeting Cancellation
In the event the meeting is cancelled by USMEF, registration fees will be fully refunded. Expenses incurred for travel or other related charges are not reimbursable by USMEF.
 
Changes/Corrections:
To make changes or corrections, contact USMEF (303.623.6328 or email) by May 19. Changes and corrections required after this date must be made on site.
