USMEF's priority remains the safety of attendees, presenters, USMEF staff and hotel personnel. As such, at a minimum, we will follow the COVID safety protocols and mandates by federal, state and local authorities at the time of the event.
Currently in California, masks are required for unvaccinated people in public indoor places, including hotels. Vaccinated individuals are also encouraged to wear masks indoors.
In addition, USMEF will requires all attendees, presenters, guests and USMEF staff to provide documentation of either being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or present a negative PCR or Antigen result for a test administered by a lab, pharmacy or health care provider no more than 72 hours before your arrival to the event. You will be asked to show your vaccination card or negative COVID test result at the meeting registration desk. A photo or paper copy is acceptable.
