Registration Fee & Deadlines:
Registration fee includes meals and meetings as indicated on the agenda. Hotel accommodations and airfare are NOT included and must be booked separately.

Members:
$535 On or prior to October 15
$635 After October 15

Non-Members:
$735 On or prior to October 15
$835 After October 15

Academic: $295

Spouse/Companion: $195
The spouse/companion fee is for family members or guests who wish to attend the meal functions only (breakfasts, lunch and welcome reception). This fee is not intended for business associates or colleagues.

Registration Cancellation 
All registration cancellations must be emailed in writing. Cancellations received by November 9 are refunded less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds are made for cancellations received after November 9. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same organization are accepted.
 
Meeting Cancellation 
In the event the meeting is canceled by USMEF, registration fees will be fully refunded. Expenses incurred for travel or other related charges are not reimbursed by USMEF.

Changes/Corrections
To make changes or corrections, contact USMEF (303-623-6328 or email) by November 5. Changes and corrections required after this date must be made on site.
