Debbie has 25 years’ experience in Sales Leadership, Learning and Development and Business Consultancy supporting clients and teams in Sales, Customer Service, Process Improvement, Change Management and Coaching providing successful and profitable solutions to global clients e.g. Vodafone, Dell, BSi, GE and Sky.

She is a driven facilitator and coach that guides teams and executives to overcome challenges and embed new skills, behaviours and disciplines to align with organisational goals and drive results.

Her career started in Banking and Finance with Barclays, GE and Bank Paribas which included roles in Training, Business Development and Call Centre Management. Since 1998, she has been a business consultant and coach working with global clients across a range of markets e.g. IT, Finance, Retail, Telecommunications, Oil and Public Sector.

Recent Projects:
  • Design of Global Sales and Coaching programme delivered virtually over 6 months to 6 teams resulting in sales management and sales practice and in improve sales KPI’s
  • Design and delivery of a Certificate and Diploma in Leadership and Management accredited by ILM.
  • Coached a Sales Leadership team in IT sector across 4 continents to embed a sales enablement and customer value programme to drive adoption of sales methodology and increase sales
  • Developed Global Sales programme in Oil and Gas industry for 80 Account Managers resulting in an accurate pipeline and increased sales focus and results
