Sr. Susan Vickers, a member of the Institute of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas, was ICCR’s board chair from 2011 to 2012. She retired recently from Dignity Health after 28 years of serving in a variety of roles. Most recently Susan served as Dignity’s VP of Corporate Responsibility, where she directed and oversaw system-wide corporate social responsibility and sustainability programs and directed Dignity Health’s shareholder initiatives to raise social responsibility issues with the management of companies in its investment portfolio. Sr. Susan currently serves as a board member of Mercy Investment Services, Practice Greenhealth, Health Care Without Harm, and St. Mary’s Medical Center Foundation.
