What to expect

Your ATV adventure begins with pickup at select Negril hotels. Upon arrival you will be greeted at the clubhouse,

which hosts a restaurant, gift shop and bar. After signing your waiver, you will be escorted to the ATV garages. Get outfitted with helmets and goggles to help protect you; it will be an exciting ride through the elements. Hop on for some practice laps around the training area, you will get the hang of piloting the vehicle before heading out. No experience is necessary; ATVs are safe and easy to drive. Hit the trail, headed for the fishing village in Salmon Point. Follow your guide through sandy washes, over rocky hills and through strands of hardy mangroves. Once in Salmon Point, relax on the unspoiled sandy beach and catch your breath before heading back. Make a quick stop at the mineral bath for a therapeutic soak. At the end of your 1.5-hour excursion, rehydrate purchase your photographic memories and head back to your hotel.

Dawn’s Hope Community Service – Clifton Boy’s Home

The Clifton Boys’ Home is a Non-Profit Organization that has been in existence since 1958. This Organization has been involved in charitable activities towards the welfare of young boys in Jamaica.

Out of this organization, an orphanage was established on February 2, 1961, to provide badly needed housing, love, security, and protection for young boys aged 7 to 18 years. The boys housed here, are victims of beatings, physical abuse, abandonment, and being orphaned with no relatives to care for them.

The home was initially licensed to accommodate 20 boys. The current number has grown to 35, and all these boys are placed in the home for their protection through The Family Court of Jamaica.

This a part of the Reggae Runnerz International Chartiable Initiative. A total of $102,000 has been donated to the school since 2015. Your donation helps cover the cost of the student's exit exam fees, sports & math programs.

Get familiar with this activity before heading out on the trail and receive a safety briefing. Everybody is obliged to wear a helmet for safety. Walk down to Salmon Point fishing village and ride the horses into the ocean where the horses love to play. This is an amazing and unique experience. Trod back to the stable where a safari jeep will pick you up and take you back to the clubhouse for refreshments and to purchase photographic memories before departing for your hotel.

The Push Kart is Jamwest’s own mimicking of what inspired Jamaica’s debut at the 1988 Winter Olympics to compete in the Bobsled category. The Push Kart gives you the control of adrenaline in your own hands, with the decision to cruise through the forest or feel the breeze against your face as you power through on our sled lines. Get ready to scream for half a mile.

What to expect

What to expect

After you have been picked up from your hotel travel to our 300-acre ranch style property. You will be greeted at our state-of-the-art clubhouse that hosts a restaurant, bar and gift shop. You will meet your guides and get fully equipped with a harness, helmet, and gloves, followed by a brief introductive course on our training zip line. A short de briefing on all aspects of the challenges to be expected, hand signals and gestures used by the tour guides. Climb a 60 feet (18 meters) tower then zoom off along 2450 of zip line, high above the ground. Marvel at views of the Caribbean Sea and the surrounding mountains as you fly above the forest canopy. When you reach the end of the line, rappel slowly to the ground, where a waiting safari jeep will take you back to the clubhouse. Take a moment to catch your breath prior to moving on to your next adventure.
