ABOUT THE EVENT

Applied Materials hosts Open Innovation Workshops to bring together thought leaders across academia, industry, and government with the goal of jointly identifying and discussing bottlenecks in emerging technologies.

The Quantum Open Innovation workshop will focus on high value problems and opportunities in quantum technology.

Workshop themes we’ll be exploring include:

  • Progress and challenges in achieving lower error rate qubits
  • What quantum technology can learn from the latest generation equipment and processing for 7 to 3 nm nodes
  • Scaling to more than a thousand qubits, addressing challenges in communications and other aspects
  • Novel devices, quantum sensing and quantum networking

Quantum technology companies showcase & opportunity to connect
As part of the event, we will be hosting a Startup Arena session, where exciting up-and-coming companies in the quantum technology space can make their pitch to the audience, including representatives from our own Applied Ventures team and other invited VCs.

An exclusive experience
This workshop is by invitation only, giving you the opportunity to network with an exclusive group of experts, technologists and Applied Materials leaders.
