Accommodations:
- Accommodations at Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver will be booked for you after you complete the registration form on this site. Please be sure to click the correct room nights on your form, and to register by the deadline.
- Your room will be covered under the CIFAR master account for the nights associated with this meeting. Exceptions will be made if compatible flights are not available. Please contact Grace Wong (grace.wong@cifar.ca) prior to the meeting if this applies.
- You will be billed upon check-out for any incidental charges (double-occupancy fees, mini-bar, movies, etc).
- If you would like extra nights, these will be at your own expense unless you are arriving early or departing late in order to engage in CIFAR related activities/business. Please contact Grace Wong (grace.wong@cifar.ca) prior to the meeting if this applies.
- Please note that rooms outside of the CIFAR rooming block cannot be guaranteed.
- If your accommodation requirements change after your travel is confirmed, please contact Grace Wong (grace.wong@cifar.ca) in order to update the hotel of these changes.
