The Quantum Materials (QM) Program Meeting will take place on April 11-13, 2019 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Important Dates & Times: 

• Wednesday April 10, 2019: Arrivals and evening Reception from 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the Cypress Suite at the hotel
• Thursday April 11, 2019: Meeting runs from 8:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., followed by a Group Dinner in Oceanview Suites 1-4 at the hotel
• Friday April 12, 2019: Meeting runs from 9:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m., followed by a Group Dinner for Program Members and Advisors
• Saturday April 13, 2019: Meeting runs from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., followed by lunch and departures

Getting there: 

• Please make your own travel arrangements and save your receipts for reimbursement 
• Please book economy flights and book ahead for best rates
• You may take a taxi between the airport and the hotel. Vancouver International Airport is about 30 minutes from the hotel.
