All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to UNOS Meeting Partners at meetings@unos.org.
Cancellations on or before Friday, June 14, 2024 - Refund will be processed less a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations AFTER Friday, June 14, 2024 - Not eligible for a refund.
Registration fee may be transferred to another attendee OR applied toward a future UNOS Primer less a $100 administrative fee.
