Accommodations at The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver are being offered at special conference rates to registered delegates. All accommodations at the host hotel must be booked through the online registration process or a member of the Registration Team in order to obtain the PRAXIS rate. You will be prompted to enter your accommodation requirements at the time of registration, including check-in and check-out dates, accessibility requirements and preferred bed type. Please note a credit card and one night non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your hotel reservation.

The hotel has wheelchair accessible rooms with the following features:

- Grab bars on the bath tub wall and adjacent to the toilet
- Accessible electrical switches and outlets
- Large washroom area, bathroom door which swings outward
- Lowered coat hanger behind bathroom door
- Lowered “peep” holes on the hotel room door
- Visual and audible alarms and fire refuge areas on each floor for wheelchair users
