Conference Information


Abstract Submittal

Abstracts for the Power and Energy Automation Conference (PEAC) will be accepted through September 16, 2013.

Abstracts must not exceed 500 words and must be in English.

·         Use a page layout with 1 inch top and side margins.

·         The text should be single-spaced, in Times New Roman 12 point font, left justified within one page.

·         Send an electronic version, preferably in a PDF file.

·         The title should appear in bold, lowercase, followed by the author name(s) and affiliation(s).

·         On a separate page, list each author’s complete address, phone, and e-mail address.

 

Also provide a two- or three-sentence description of your paper to use on the program brochure and web site if accepted. We remind authors that professional papers must not include commercial messages or endorsements.

Submit your abstract as an email attachment to carly_morse@wsu.edu and include all of the above requested information. Presentations will be selected by the PEAC Program Committee. WSU will notify all authors by November 4, 2013. Abstracts can be submitted online at http://cm.wsu.edu/peac.

 

NOTE: Accepted authors are required to send their papers electronically to Carly Morse at carly_morse@wsu.edu by February 10, 2014 for duplication and distribution. An author must attend the conference and present the paper.

 

Fees & Registration Information

The primary speaker fee is $150.  The co-speaker and attendee fee is $350 if paid by February 21, 2014; the regular fee is $400; vendor fee is $450 for tables. The conference registration fee includes two lunches, breaks, receptions, and a USB of the proceedings.
