Special Conference Rates
$159 per room for single or double; $169 per room for triple; $179 per room for quad*
For reservations, please call (315) 361-7711 or (800) 771-7711. Please be sure to mention the NYS Association for the Education of Young Children conference to receive the discounted rates.
*Includes $10 which helps underwrite costs of keynote speakers.

Parking is free to all conference participants and hotel guests.

Limo/Town Car Transportation from Rome Train Station (closest to Turning Stone) and Griffiss Airport - $90
Limo/Town Car Transportation from Syracuse Airport (SAP) and Train/Buss Station - $120
Limo/Town Car Transportation from Utica Train Station - $120

Final Program Pick-Up
Upon arriving at Turning Stone Resort, please come to the Registration Area (Atrium area) to get your Final Conference Program. After receiving your program, make sure to check the workshops that you have selected as schedules may have changed. All efforts are made to keep schedule changes to a minimum, but some are unavoidable.
